The organization is seeking a diligent Electrical Engineer to assume responsibility for the comprehensive management of all electrical facets within the manufacturing process. This encompasses the supervision of printed circuit board (PCB) assembly and wiring, as well as the integration of electrical components, ensuring adherence to stringent quality benchmarks. The incumbent will be responsible for the complete electrical assembly lifecycle, from component acquisition to final product validation, thereby guaranteeing conformance to specifications and operational reliability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Procure electrical components, cultivating supplier relationships and assuring the punctual delivery of materials meeting prescribed quality criteria.
* Serve as the primary liaison with factories and workshops, furnishing cable schematics and circuit documentation to facilitate timely receipt and confirmation.
* Engage in regular communication with factory personnel to address inquiries and provide necessary clarifications.
* Collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) team to maintain a meticulously organized and current repository of circuit diagrams and technical specifications.
* Supervise the assembly and testing of PCBs, verifying the precise placement and soldering of components in accordance with established specifications.
* Manage the wiring and integration of electrical components within systems, guaranteeing correct connections and optimal functionality.
* Conduct routine inspections and performance assessments on assembled units to detect and rectify any anomalies, ensuring comprehensive compliance with quality standards.
* Maintain meticulous records of assembly procedures, documenting any deviations from standard protocols and any remedial actions implemented.
* Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support for assembly-related challenges, collaborating closely with other production staff.
* Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and electrical standards throughout the assembly and installation phases.
* Contribute to the ongoing refinement of assembly processes and protocols to optimize efficiency and enhance product quality.
