Job Description
- Formulate well-laid guidelines to maintain optimum performance and design of electrical systems and products.
- Analyzing the company’s requirements and preparing the technical report to purchase relevant equipment.
- Creating in-depth reports on potential projects related to the electrical engineering domain.
- Gauge the troubleshooting activities in the organization and offer productive solutions to rectify any shortcomings.
- Collaborate with the assigned project managers and contractors to design and maintain technically safe electrical systems.
- Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets.
Skills
- Experience in external/landscape lights
- Knowledge of the building process and construction principles
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- At least 8 years of experience as a facilities engineer
- Excellent computer skills and project management skills
- Analytical ability and ability to work independently and as a team
- Prior knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and relevant tools.
- Excellent grasp of interpersonal communication and time management skills.
- Conversant with the use of international codes and standards related to electrical engineering.
- Good command of electrical engineering software to provide the best possible output.
- Familiar and well versed with the International and local codes and standards.
