Electrical Draftsman
Job Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical draftsman to join our company. In this role, you will be required to meet with engineers to determine the project specifications, design technical wiring blueprints, and lighting.
Job Description
- Prepare shop drawings based on the design engineer/coordinator’s instructions in order to help him meet the project’s requirements in terms of quality and time.
- Collect comments of relevant parties (design engineers, design coordinator, etc…) on prepared shop-drawings and make appropriate adjustments to ensure high quality standards of work in conformity with set specifications.
- Review, adjust and plot drawings made by engineers to improve relevant visibility/legibility.
Skills
Requirements
- Diploma in Drafting or AutoCAD.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Must have experience on the use of computer aided drafting software, such as AutoCAD, DIALux, MS….etc.
- Knowledgeable in lighting and electrical principles and standards.
- English Skills, Communication skills, Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and Willingness to learn.
