EHS Technician / EHS Specialist – SAUDI FEMALE ONLY
We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable EHS Technician / EHS Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives of our organization. The EHS Technician / EHS Specialist will assist in implementing and maintaining safety protocols, conducting inspections, providing training, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
*Responsibilities:**
– Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies and procedures.
– Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
– Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
– Support the development and delivery of EHS training programs to educate employees on safety protocols, procedures, and regulations.
– Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
– Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and documentation.
– Participate in EHS committee meetings and provide expertise and recommendations.
– Stay updated on relevant EHS regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
– Support the implementation of emergency response plans, including drills and exercises.
Skills
*Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:**
– Associate degree or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
– Solid understanding of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
– Experience conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, and delivering training programs.
– Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in using EHS software and tools.
– Certification in relevant EHS programs (e.g., OSHA, Hazardous Materials Handling) is a plus.
