Job Description
To develop, consolidate and facilitate a strong
programmer of leadership and management for
the EPG’s EY Program and to ensure the
consistent delivery of quality teaching and
learning across EY Branches through the
following areas:
o EPG’s Curriculum
o Quality Teaching and Learning
o Induction and data driven CPD of international
standard leading to recognized certificates
o Experience and outcomes for all children
o Partnership with parents
o Leadership
o EPG professional expectations
To be responsible for the management of the
academic aspect of all Early Years Branches:
curriculum, students, events, communication,
staff and parents.
Supporting the Branch Manager, Academic
Service Team and Management with facilities
management and all issues arising from parent
concerns.
To develop the EPG brand within Kuwait and
support expansion in other areas.
EPG’s Curriculum
Develop, supervise and monitor the introduction
of the EPG’s EY curriculum based on the EYFS
statutory framework.
Ensure this has replicable curriculum content that
adds value to EPG franchise package and can be
successfully delivered by a mixed ability teaching
workforce, offers breadth and balance in all
subjects, is adapted for our children as EAL
learners and supports a high level of learning
and delivery of student progress targets.
Continue to update the EPG’s curriculum based on
current UK documents, practice and
expectations, following guidelines as
appropriate for the Kuwait (overseas) context.
Skills
Experience, qualifications and skills: –
Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Masters Level Study in related field (desirable).
10 years of educational management experience
including: multi campus management; understanding of
English National Curriculum and Kuwait curriculum
requirements; experience of education in Kuwait
including Ministry requirements and other applicable
legal requirements.
Fluent in English (speaking and written).
