Job brief:Store Leader role is responsible for the daily operations in the store. overseeing the employee performance of all store personnel including delivery couriers during the shift as well as making sure that all processes are executed at an excellent level. These processes include zero error and fast picking of orders, correct stocking of the inventory and a clean and organized store. Responsibilities:Enforce Availability of the Team.Check Looks of the operations.Monitor KPIs on Dashboard.Follow up when an order is below SLA and call Drivers.Ensure that customer orders are assembled correctly and on time.Ensure Picking is happening smoothly.Manage unplanned issues and escalate if needed.Ensure quality of picked fresh products.Make sure inventory stock is received, controlled, and stored on the shelves.
Job Requirements :
Requirements:At least 2-3 years experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably in food retail.Strong organizational skills with a focus on excellent time management and resource planning.Work closely with the Operations Associate to improve the overall site performance.Exceed expected targets if possible.Very Strong understanding of Fresh.Ongoing monitoring of customer service standards and cleanliness at the highest levels at all times.
