- Drive the (GMV) revenue, increase the selection WOW from managed sellers, hence delivering highest customer experience within the managed category.
- Manage number of accounts with high contribution within the cat. (From 10 to 25) accounts.
- Manage end to end relationships and performance within the marketplace.
- Deliver targets assigned on revenue, selection and customer experience via express metrics for sellers within the portfolio manage cancellation rate, late shipment rate etc.
- Consult and supporting our sellers to grow their business within BTECH
- Understand and resolving sellers’ issues by working internally and externally with other teams.
- Liaise with internal teams such as operations, marketing, retail, content etc. to achieve the category targets.
- Maintain highest fulfillment ratios via Express. Manage the sellers’ performance and supporting sellers to get high reviews.
- Help sellers in pricing criteria that meets both accounts and BTECH strategy and get best prices for delivering best customer experience.
- Manage the run rate / turnover and inventory management for sellers
- Increase sellers on Express month on month.
- Build with category manager the campaigns deals and weekly top deals.
- Increase the conversion onsite by building weekly deals plan.
- Experience of B2B account management in e-commerce, consumer internet.
- Experience of working with retailers, resellers or brands.
- Analytical and data driven with good knowledge of MS Excel and its functions.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
