JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing social media advertisements and uploading advertisements in all marketing platform
- Assist in producing of marketing materials and collateral, editing, assembling, printing, proposals and presentations including brochures, flyers, and signboards
- Collaborate and work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials
- Monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messages
- Undertake and support daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities
- Maintaining a marketing database
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, property crm and other marketing platforms
- Support marketing department in organizing various projects
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
- Collaborating with sales to contribute to lead-generation
Skills
- Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
- Completion of a pertinent sales qualification is preferred.
- Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager.
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
- Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
- Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
