Job Description:**Option 1 (Emphasis on formality and responsibilities):**
“Responsibilities encompass maintaining precise inventory records and liaising with logistics personnel to ensure prompt order execution. This includes continuous monitoring of competitor pricing strategies and prevalent market dynamics within the cosmetics and detergents sectors. Further duties entail the efficient processing of online orders, meticulous shipment tracking, and the professional resolution of customer inquiries and grievances. Implementation of promotional campaigns and discount structures will be undertaken to stimulate sales growth and enhance conversion metrics. Solicitation of customer feedback will inform ongoing efforts to refine product lines and elevate the overall shopping experience. Comprehensive sales reports will be generated, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and Return on Investment (ROI) will be analyzed, and data-driven recommendations for optimization will be proposed. Finally, platform performance will be diligently tracked, and technical malfunctions will be systematically addressed.”
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or detergents.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Jumia, noon, etc).
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics) and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
