Job Description

The Driver will transport materials, equipment, and personnel to various job sites. The role requires adherence to all safety and traffic regulations, maintaining the vehicle in good working condition, and supporting the maintenance team as needed.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate company vehicles to transport tools, materials, and team members to and from job sites.Load and unload equipment and materials, ensuring they are secure and undamaged during transport.Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, such as checking oil, fuel, and tire pressure.Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any maintenance performed.Assist the maintenance team with tasks as needed, including handling materials and equipment.Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding transportation needs and schedules.Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor.

Physical Stamina: The role demands physical stamina, as drivers may be required to load and unload cargo, perform vehicle inspections, and carry out tasks that require moderate physical exertion.The role demands physical endurance for tasks like loading/unloading cargo.Possession of an up-to-date and valid driver’s license is necessary.Strong ability to navigate using technology for route planning is expected.We’re looking for individuals with a driving record free from significant infractions.Time management expertise is required to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
