 1- Domestic Tour Package Design & Sales:
• Develop and sell comprehensive domestic tour packages, including specialized honeymoon and family packages.
• Create customized itineraries that meet clients’ preferences, budget, and schedule.

• 2- Hotel Reservation Management:
• Establish and maintain relationships with hotels and resorts throughout Egypt’s popular destinations, including the Sharm Al sheikh , Hurghada, Ain Soukhna, and North coast.

• Negotiate competitive rates and exclusive offers with accommodation providers.
• Ensure smooth booking and reservation processes for all clients, handling special requests and group bookings.

3- Customer Relationship Management:
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and assisting with pre- and post-sale support.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during travel, ensuring customer satisfaction.

4- Operations & Itinerary Management:
• Coordinate all travel arrangements, including transportation, sightseeing tours, and activity bookings within Egypt.
• Manage tour logistics, ensuring timely and efficient services throughout the client’s travel.

5- Marketing & Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote domestic tour packages and seasonal offers.

6- Financial and Administrative Tasks:
• Manage budgets related to domestic travel packages, ensuring cost control and profit margins.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and financial record-keeping.
