Document Controller

Job Description

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Organize the existing file system in a professional and orderly manner and maintain them thereafter on a regular basis. Document Control & Filing [scanning, copying, filing, binding, folding, wrapping, distributing etc.]
  2. Collection of documents and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail to the respective floors ensuring it is listed in the log book. Document handling, delivery and filing to ensure prompt action and maintain proper track record
  3. Office Management – ensuring the assets, setups and all areas are well maintained, clean and functional
  4. Maintaining adequate par stock level of office and catering supplies, collection of general store items etc.
  5. Preparing and serving office refreshments for VIP and corporate visitors
  6. Assume an overall confidential role in dealing with employees, clients and suppliers. Other duties as needed or required and deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgement
