Job Description :
•Responsibility to cover the following Cairo Areas (Nasr City, Heliopolis, Abaseya, Hadayek, Shubra El Khiema, Shubra Masr, Ain Shams, El Marg) •Implement all company’s policies and procedures and code of conduct, maintain consistency and uniformity of systems in order to ensure fairness among his staff and the best practice in the Market Place.• Appraise all pharmaceutical activities in the market and develop/implement the suitable plans safeguarding the company’s trade relations and counter competitive activities.• Train & coach sales staff; supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance• To be extremely hands-on in making sales efforts, including on-site and off-site meetings with sales leads, assistance in sales prospecting, attending networking events and aggressively seeking leads, staffing trade shows• Analyze & Report sales performance data and provide reports routinely along with plans for action • Conduct weekly sales meetings and provide reports to Line Sales Manager. Maintain real-time data on Sales• To achieve maximum customer service in the Medical community as well as wholesalers, pharmacies and institutional business by cooperating and coordinating with all company departments (Logistic/ /Marketing).• Plan, organize and control all sales and promotional activities to accomplish marketing and sales objectives
Job Requirements :
• Dermatology or Psychiatry specialty is a must.* Multinational background is a plus.*Bachelor degree of Pharmacy, Veterinary, Science. • Overall 5:10 years of experience in Medical Sales activities including minimum 2 years as FLM. • Previous experience in the areas mentioned is a must. • Sales analytics skills, Coaching skills, Strategic Planning Skills, Networking skills.• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
