Job Description:
- Calibrating the scales daily and reviewing the work related to the periodic maintenance of the scales.
- Implement all work procedures and fill out the forms related to them.
- Supervising the cleanliness and arrangement of the department before and during weighing operations.
- Receiving raw materials and chemicals from the raw materials officer to carry out the weighing process.
- Weighing all raw materials and chemicals required for operations according to GMP rules and reviewing the raw materials in full after weighing and writing the batch paper data for the operations.
- Following up on cleaning work, temperatures, humidity, and pressure in the weighing area, and applying GMP rules.
- Record data for the weighed materials in the list of materials and make identification cards for them.
- Preparing reports on the preparations that have been weighed and sending them to the warehouse manager to send them to the various concerned departments.
- Ensuring that the tasks and bags are complete for the week in sufficient quantities.
Weighing laboratory requirements and experimental mixtures. - Delivering the complete operations according to the batch paper to manufacturing.
- Following safety protocols when handling hazardous chemicals.
Skills:
- BS degree in Science, Agriculture or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in the same field in the pharmaceutical warehouse, dispensing, or weighing area.
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is highly preferred.
- Experience working with weighing scales and inventory management systems.
- SAP user is a plus.
- Attention to detail, Organizational skills, Communication skills, Problem-solving abilities
- Rotation Night Shift.
