Job Description:To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

* A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a food and beverage (F&B) management role.
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a 5-star hotel, with preferred experience in a successful stand-alone food and beverage operation.
* Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively in a multinational environment.
* Proven capacity to work independently, perform effectively under pressure in challenging circumstances, and develop proactive and rational solutions.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with hotel staff, clients, and vendors.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.
* Superior organizational and time management skills.
* Commitment to a professional, confidential, and ethical approach in all situations.
* Adherence to safe, prudent, and organized work practices.
