We’re looking for a Digital Surveyor (DS) Scheduler to join our DS team. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling and organizing the daily workload for a team of Digital Surveyors. The team are tasked with capturing key data and imagery of properties to allow us to create digital assets for our customers. Your role will be to effectively manage a high volume of diaries and appointments to plan and optimize the workload of the Digital Surveyor team. You will use industry-leading hardware along with propriety software so an interest in technology is a plus.
As a Scheduler, you will:
• Provide Administrative and appoint scheduling support, regularly liaise with your colleagues to ensure operational efficiency.
• Map and schedule the daily jobs for the Digital Surveyors and manage multiple dairies (48 hours in advance of appointment).
• Act as a key point of contact and escalation for colleagues and customers.
• Schedule appointments and manage clerical duties where appropriate.
