Job Description :

Set the overall Digital Marketing strategy by defining target segment, positioning, and advertising tactics, campaigns durations and KPIs.Prepare the annual budget, with the allocation of cost per project/account to meet the required number of transactions.Execute digital marketing campaigns, including media buying, performance monitoring, and reporting.Achieve required conversion rates for each project/product.Align with the content and creative team the content agenda, to ensure proper scheduling, segmentation preparation, and budget allocation.Align with content and design team, to ensure the proper format of content with needed specs for each platform.Perform A/B testing whenever possible to optimize results.Use different insights/analytics tools to provide an illustration of ads performance, results, achievement, traffic on each platform, rate of engagement, Conversion rates.Optimize the weight of the budget on each platform to ensure efficient costs for reaching objectives.Monitor daily/weekly/monthly results by setting budget caps and allocation for campaigns’ lifetime.Ensure timely posting of Ads on different platforms using manual or automation tools.Participate in concept setting, idea creation, and brainstorming sessions for visuals, tactics, and content.Ensure proper communication with different marketing team members and the company’s different departments.Set up email campaigns with reasonable logic to ensure a healthy and up-to-date emails database, monitor results and feedback from customers, and ensure delivering the right message to the right customer category on the right event.Provide competitive analysis on a weekly/monthly/semi-annual basis to ensure proper tracking of competition’s performance, and provide comparative analyses when needed.Ensure proper documentation of work status using proper tools.Ensure confidentiality of the company’s intellectual property and intangible property including plans, reports, ideas, credentials, and any other asset in this respect.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 4 years’ experience in the same position. Full literacy of (Facebook Ads – Instagram Ads – Google Search Ads – Google Display Ads – YouTube Ads – LinkedIn Ads) Preferably to have experience with Marketing Automation for Email Marketing using HubSpot or any similar tool. The chosen candidate should be able to demonstrate qualification and results-orientation through previous projects by numbers.
