This hybrid position requires a blend of expertise in both digital marketing strategies and web development to facilitate online expansion, optimize user experience, and maintain the integrity of our digital assets.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Digital Marketing:**
* Formulate and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO/SEM, social media engagement, email marketing, and content creation.
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to achieve maximum return on investment.
* Develop compelling and brand-consistent content, including blog posts, videos, and graphics.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to inform strategic refinements.
* Cultivate and engage target audiences across various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Design and automate sophisticated email marketing campaigns utilizing platforms such as Mailchimp.
* Maintain a current understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
* **Web Development:**
* Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-centric websites.
* Develop clean, efficient code for both front-end (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end (PHP, Python) development.
* Manage CMS platforms, including WordPress and Shopify, and address any technical issues.
* Optimize websites for performance, search engine optimization, and cross-device compatibility.
* Collaborate with design teams to implement UI/UX best practices.
* Ensure website security and adherence to all relevant data protection standards.
Skills:
Requirements
Technical Skills:
– Digital Marketing: Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Ads platforms, and social media management.
– Web Development: Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, CMS, and frameworks (React, Node.js).
– Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus.
Experience:
– 3–5 years in digital marketing *and* web development roles.
– Portfolio showcasing campaigns, websites, or relevant projects.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
– Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
– Language: Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
