If you are a content creator that loves to talk about food, this is your chance to combine all your passions into one job!Refilex is looking for a Digital ninja, who is ready to help kickstart explosive growth in our subsidiary companies.Digital Marketing Specialist ResponsibilitiesMaintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.Develop and monitor campaign budgets.Plan and manage our social media platforms.Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Job Requirements :

Job RequirementsA digital and social native, ideally with a degree in Communication, Marketing or Psychology.Two-four years of relevant experience full-time in an agency or client-side, managing multiple brands and projects  (F&B Industry).Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva.A proactive, self-starter who loves a new challenge.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Can think critically and strategically, loves to question things.Distinctive problem-solving skills, strong conceptual and analytical capabilities.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.Experience with Media Buying.Nice to have marketing tools (SEMrush, Cyfe, Mix panel).Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.Proficiency with SEO tools.Superb verbal and written communication skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
