Job Description:“Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and promote company products. This includes identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across various platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Furthermore, develop and execute public relations strategies designed to increase brand visibility within specified target markets. Coordinate with content creators to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines. Rigorously monitor campaign performance, providing regular reports detailing reach, engagement metrics, and return on investment. Maintain a current understanding of digital marketing trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging platform technologies. Finally, collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate influencer and public relations initiatives into overarching marketing strategies.”
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital marketing, preferably in Agriculture industry.
- Strong network or ability to build relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Basic understanding of PR strategies and online brand management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
