Collaborating with the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are launched within set timelines and budgets.Job Description:* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns.* Establish and maintain a social media presence.* Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.* Manage content distribution across all platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.* Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate the customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.* Collaborate with external agencies and content creators.* Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.* Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating their success against predetermined goals, ROI, and KPIs.
Job Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.* Proven working experience in digital marketing.* Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including FB, IG, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.* Strong communication and Leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members.* 7-12 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing online marketing campaigns.
