Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize reach and impact.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Lead the planning and execution of SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support campaign execution.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Skills:
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend based on performance data.
- Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
