Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategyManage the strategyStay up to date with the latest technology and best practicesManage and oversee various digital marketing channelsMeasure ROI and KPIsPrepare and manage the digital marketing budgetOversee all the company’s social media accountsSuggest activities for improving the quality of online presenceDirectly track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reportsBuild an inbound marketing planUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience acrossmultiple channels and customer touch pointsResearch and forecast future sales and performance trendsPlan, execute and measure experiments and conversion testsLead, supervise, train and motivate members of the digital marketing teamInstrument conversion points and optimizes user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective foradoption where appropriateUpdate the competitors market mapping and provide suggestions for improvementComplete other duties at the discretion of management

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related.5 years at least of proven working experience in digital marketing is a MUST.2 years of hands-on experience with Media Buying specially Google ads – SEO – SEM – Website – Copywriting & design and Google Analytics  experience is a MUST.Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool.Understands website metrics and best practices.Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluateresults.Proficiency in using MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel in particular.Leadership skills include the ability to manage time effectively and handle bothinternal and external conflicts.
