Job Description:**We are currently seeking a highly strategic and innovative Head of Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, enhance online visibility, and cultivate engagement for our advertising agency. This individual will be instrumental in formulating and implementing comprehensive digital strategies designed to elevate brand awareness, attract prospective clientele, and achieve defined business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrable track record of success in digital marketing, coupled with a creative acumen and a proven ability to deliver impactful online campaigns.**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
* **Direct and manage the digital marketing team, providing strategic guidance, professional development, and performance evaluations.**
* **Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across a spectrum of channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.**
* **Collaborate effectively with creative teams to develop compelling content that aligns seamlessly with established marketing objectives.**
* **Analyze market trends and leverage customer insights to inform and refine digital marketing strategies.**
* **Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), employing data-driven methodologies to optimize campaign performance.**

Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (preferred).
