Job Description:**الخيار:**
The Development and Operation Engineer is accountable for the optimization of operational matters pertaining to service centers. This encompasses conducting site visits to perform audits of standard operating procedures, evaluating and determining service objectives, formulating corrective action plans, and diligently monitoring their execution from communication through implementation. Further responsibilities include enhancing quality through consistent examination, evaluation, and analysis of service center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); participating in and initiating KAIZEN activities to elevate overall service center performance; reviewing and analyzing Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) data to identify and address areas impacting customer experience; liaising and coordinating with service departments to refine their operational systems; monitoring daily operations to pinpoint weaknesses, conduct gap analyses, and identify development opportunities; executing departmental initiatives projects utilizing project management methodologies, including objective and scope definition, resource allocation, stakeholder mapping, progress tracking, and performance measurement; and ensuring the timely fulfillment of service center supply requirements through diligent follow-up with relevant departments.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive industry.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details capabilities.
