**Role Responsibilities:**

The Deputy Store Manager will collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve established objectives, ensuring the provision of exemplary customer service and cultivating the skills necessary for staff to maximize sales performance. Responsibilities include interdepartmental collaboration to maintain efficient store operations and providing constructive feedback to store, brand, and area management regarding staff performance and product offerings. Furthermore, the Deputy Store Manager may be required to assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager during periods of absence.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

* A minimum of three years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
* Completion of secondary/high school education.
* Familiarity with cosmetics or health and beauty retail.
* Proficiency in both written and verbal English; Arabic language skills are desirable.
* Computer literacy.
