**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support and implement the School’s Vision & Mission and School Improvement Plan.
* Drive excellence in teaching and learning across all year groups.
* Value students and staff, focusing on team development.
* Lead and manage high-performing teams, ensuring appropriate accountability.
* Prioritize exceptional learning experiences for all students, remaining current with U.K. research-based pedagogical thinking.
* Review and further develop pastoral systems to ensure smooth transitions between phases.
* Work collaboratively with senior and middle leadership to implement change effectively, providing strong curriculum leadership and fostering a commitment to academic progress and student well-being.
* Contribute to the development of assessment practices to ensure excellent student progress, reflected in robust internal data and internationally benchmarked tests.
* Cultivate a collaborative, progressive learning environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.

**Qualifications:**
