E-Commerce Area Manager role is responsible for developing the overall operations of the E-Commerce stores. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive all stores’ productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage store operations leaders.Responsible for Manpower Plan and 3PL Management.Check looks of Operations (supervision)Monitor KPIs on Dashboard.Interfere whenever there are issues escalated.Create a daily Action plan to enhance SLA.Responsible for Cost Management of Area.Escalate unplanned issues to be resolved by him.
