Johnson & Johnson India is hiring a Data Engineer Responsibilities: ▪ Experience developing service now application from business requirement and technical design documents ▪ Enhancements and development in incident Management, request management and service Catalog Management ▪ Expertise on creation of workflows for service catalog items in Service now ▪ Creation of additional templates in ServiceNow leveraging Flow Designer, Workflow organizer ▪ Implementation experience of ITSM Frameworks ▪ Build Service now forms from Scratch along with advance customizations at the level of UI Macros/UI pages as per the complex requirements ▪ Designed and implemented new functionality using UI policies and Data Policy ▪ Configure, develop and unit test new functionality or bugs on the ServiceNow platform ▪ Dashboards & metrics creation using ServiceNow KPI framework ▪ Database view, scripted REST API, inbound and outbound API, UI scripts, ▪ Use OPEN API to Integrate with IRIS and other platforms (Jscript, Web services etc.) ▪ Implementation of ServiceNow core modules and applications ▪ Strong Jscript, Webservices and SQL programming skills and experience ▪ Actively manages the life cycle of the platform ▪ Full software development life cycle Experience: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Training, and Operational Support ▪ End-to-end development / configuration of the solution based on requirements that are gathered ▪ Technical documentation of the solution developed / configured ▪ Assistance with functional requirements review ▪ Assistance with test scripts review, as required ▪ Defect resolution during SIT, UAT and Hyper-Care periods ▪ Development of production cut-over plan and hyper-care support model ▪ Packaging of the code in ‘update sets’ to migration to higher environments ▪ Ensuring platform is configured to be stable and meets Health Scan score ▪ Keeping TPO current on project scope and progress Qualifications Graduation Primary Location India-Andhra Pradesh-Hyderabad- Organization Johnson & Johnson Private Limited (8080) Job Function Finance Requisition ID 2206063799W
