Job Description :

Working hours are Sunday to Thursday from 9 pm to 6 am and on Saturdays for 2 hours between 10 am to 12 pm.Office location: DokkiPosition Summary:Responsible for all support and sales activities.Answering all incoming support requests & sales leads conversations on all comm channels.Providing strategies to penetrate different markets in the Arabic region.Supporting pre-sales activities by giving detailed information about various products and the ways in which they could meet a customer’s needs.Customer care, which follows the sale, may include solving issues, as well as exploring the possibility of further sales.Communication with all mentors to organize the monthly schedule for webinars and mentoring sessions.Operational and organizational support.Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business with current and potential clients by generating leads and interest through cold-calls and networking.Learn customers’ diverse, specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.Promotes and accelerate sales for services and products.Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing efforts. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts.Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.Coordinate with staff across departments to accomplish the work required to close sales.Manage tasks to organize and prioritize daily and weekly sales goals.

Job Requirements :

C1 English level.Proficiency in writing in Modern Standard Arabic.Bachelor’s degreeA high level of digital proficiency & communication.Must be a highly process-driven salesperson.Ability to manage and forecast deals in CRM.Able to work under own initiative as well as in a team environment.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.Excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive communication approach.Adaptive mindset, someone who is not afraid to do things differently.Assertive yet empathetic, not afraid to engage in difficult conversations.Strong project management and time management skills.Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated.Data-driven and can think “outside the box” when finding solutions to identify the win/win. Takes on additional duties as assigned.
