Server/client, Network, storage Support
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Experience as IT support engineer (2-3 Years)
2. Knowledge and experience in servers, data storage, Network
3. Knowledge and experience in Server OS (Windows or Linux)
4. Experience in configuring network devices.
5. Knowledge and in Network and storage protocols
6. Good Communication skills
7. Should be available on phone during and after office hours.
Minimum experience or working knowledge in Any of them: Dell-EMC, NetApp, Hitachi, HP, IBM, FUJITSU etc.
Certification : MCP, CCNA, MCSE and other IT certifications will be an added advantage.
