Customer Support Needed for Salamtak a fast-growing Company located In Maadi – Rotational shifts

About the Job :

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via Online chat/ Phone
  • Provide information about the services via Online chat / Phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns via online chat / Phone
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions via online chat / Phone over the company system.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
  • Process payments with clients during Chat / Call session
  • Identify potential clients and maintain a follow up on open cases for closing

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 Years of experience. Call center or Live Chat experience is a Plus.
  • Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced organization.
  • Very Good English.
  • Familiar with MS Office Package.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-tasking Skills.
