Customer Support Needed for Salamtak a fast-growing Company located In Maadi – Rotational shifts
About the Job :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via Online chat/ Phone
- Provide information about the services via Online chat / Phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns via online chat / Phone
- Document and update customer records based on interactions via online chat / Phone over the company system.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
- Process payments with clients during Chat / Call session
- Identify potential clients and maintain a follow up on open cases for closing
- 0-2 Years of experience. Call center or Live Chat experience is a Plus.
- Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced organization.
- Very Good English.
- Familiar with MS Office Package.
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasking Skills.
