**Compensation and Benefits:**

* Training Period (up to 4 months): A stipend of $200 per month will be provided.
* Post-Training: A base salary of $300 per month will be offered.
* Performance-Based Bonuses: Monthly bonuses ranging from $50 to $300 may be earned based on student satisfaction, task completion, and attendance.
* Total Compensation: Potential monthly earnings can range from $350 to $400 or higher, contingent upon performance.
* Comprehensive Training: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided for a duration of six months.

* Currency Stability: Salaries are linked to the USD to mitigate the impact of currency fluctuations.

**Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Support Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

* Providing assistance to students via social media and email to facilitate their English language learning and success in standardized examinations such as IELTS and TOEFL.
* Guiding prospective students through the course registration process.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of an optimal learning experience for students.
* Supporting the implementation of initiatives designed to enhance student engagement and motivation.

**Career Progression:**

Upon successful completion of the training period and demonstration of consistent performance, opportunities for advancement may include:

* Promotion to Senior Support Consultant (with increased base salary).
* Potential relocation to the UAE to join our core team.
* Receipt of a verified experience certificate, which will be valid in the education and customer service sectors.”
