**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Training Period (up to 4 months): A fully paid stipend of $200 per month.
* Post-Training Base Salary: $300 per month.
* Performance-Based Bonuses: Monthly bonuses ranging from $50 to $300, contingent upon student satisfaction, task completion, and attendance.
* Total Potential Monthly Compensation: $350-$400 or greater, based on performance.
* Comprehensive Training: No prior experience is required; a six-month training program will be provided.

* Currency Stability: Salaries are linked to the USD to mitigate the impact of currency fluctuations.

**Responsibilities of the Customer Support Advisor:**
* Provide assistance to students via social media and email, facilitating their English language learning objectives and exam preparation (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL).
* Guide prospective students through the course enrollment process.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the student learning experience.
* Support the execution of engagement initiatives to enhance student motivation and learning outcomes.
**Post-Training Advancement Opportunities:**
Upon successful completion of the training period and demonstration of consistent performance, the following opportunities may become available:
* Promotion to Senior Support Consultant (with commensurate increase in base salary).
* Application for relocation to the UAE to join our core team.
* Receipt of a verified experience certificate, applicable in the education and customer service sectors.
