**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Training Period (up to 4 months): A fully compensated training program at $200 per month.
* Post-Training Salary: A base salary of $300 per month.
* Performance-Based Bonuses: Monthly bonuses ranging from $50 to $300, contingent upon student satisfaction, task completion, and attendance.
* Total Monthly Compensation: Potential for total monthly earnings of $350-$400 or higher, based on performance metrics.
* Training Provided: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided over a six-month period.

**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Advisor, the responsibilities will include:
* Providing assistance to students via social media and email, facilitating their English language learning goals and success in standardized examinations such as IELTS and TOEFL.
* Guiding prospective students through the course registration process.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an optimal learning experience for students.
* Supporting the implementation of creative initiatives designed to enhance student engagement and motivation.
*After successful completion of the training program and demonstrated consistent performance, opportunities may arise for:*
* *Promotion to Senior Support Consultant (with an increased base salary).*
* *Relocation to the UAE to join our core team.*
* *Receipt of a verified experience certificate, recognized within the education and customer service sectors.*
Skills:

Working Hours:
- 12 hours per day, 6 days a week.
- From 12 noon to 12 am Cairo time.
