**Compensation and Benefits:**

* **Training Period (up to 4 months):** A fully paid stipend of $200 per month will be provided.
* **Post-Training:** A base salary of $300 per month will be offered.
* **Performance-Based Bonuses:** Monthly bonuses ranging from $50 to $300 may be earned based on student satisfaction, task completion, and attendance. Total monthly compensation, inclusive of bonuses, has the potential to reach $350-$400 or more.
* **Training Provided:** No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided for a duration of six months.
* **Career Advancement:** Opportunities for accelerated career growth and promotion are available based on demonstrated performance and contributions.
* **Currency Stability:** Salaries are linked to the USD to mitigate the impact of currency fluctuations.
* **Professional Development:** Access to mentorship programs, professional growth initiatives, and other development resources will be provided.

**Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Support Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

* Providing assistance to students via social media and email to support their English language learning objectives and assist them in preparing for examinations such as IELTS and TOEFL.
* Guiding prospective students through the course registration process.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive and effective learning experience for all students.
* Contributing to the implementation of creative initiatives designed to maintain student engagement and motivation.

**Career Progression:**

Upon successful completion of the training program and demonstration of consistent performance, opportunities for advancement may include:

* Promotion to Senior Support Consultant, with an associated increase in base salary.
* Potential relocation to the UAE to join our core team.
* Issuance of a verified experience certificate, recognized in the education and customer service sectors.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and smartphones.
  • A good level of English, both written and spoken.

Working Hours:

  • 12 hours per day, 6 days a week.
  • From 12 noon to 12 am Cairo time.
