Job Description

  • Preparing customer visits by collecting data from all the concerned departments and sharing it with supervisor/manager before the visit
  • Visiting customers to collect information about their performance to identify customer’s status
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements
  • Promoting Imdad consumables, Estore and Imdad patient’s websites according to the KPIs
  • Studying and analyzing customer’s details after updating their contacts and competitor’s data to define the improvement criteria
  • Reporting and reviewing weekly reports in regards to customer visits, customer feedback, Customer information and KPI reports to CSD Supervisor/ CSD Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or Diploma in Business administration or any other related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in the Client Support / Customer Service field
  • Male, Saudi National
  • KSA Driving License + car
