Job Description
- Preparing customer visits by collecting data from all the concerned departments and sharing it with supervisor/manager before the visit
- Visiting customers to collect information about their performance to identify customer’s status
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements
- Promoting Imdad consumables, Estore and Imdad patient’s websites according to the KPIs
- Studying and analyzing customer’s details after updating their contacts and competitor’s data to define the improvement criteria
- Reporting and reviewing weekly reports in regards to customer visits, customer feedback, Customer information and KPI reports to CSD Supervisor/ CSD Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Business administration or any other related field
- 1-5 years of experience in the Client Support / Customer Service field
- Saudi National
- Preferable Males
- KSA Driving License + car
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Bilingual (Arabic, and English) is a must
