Job Description :

In this role, you will lead and manage the primary Customer Services functions in accordance with corporate goals and strategies. You will be responsible for improving the quality of customer service in all departments and creating customer loyalty.You will also lead a team of Customer Service Agents and report on their progress.Managing the Delivery of a comprehensive service to enquiring customersDevelop service procedures, policies, and standardMaximize the customer service staff performance on efficiency and productivity including the availability of staff on the phone. Oversee tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed timely and accurately.Improve the customer experience to enable retention.Possibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams.Reporting on the progress of complaints on CRM and the overall performance of the customer service team, and results.Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of professional experience (preferably in Customer Service department)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.The ability to maintain calm under pressureA thorough knowledge of the product or service the company they work for is offeringEfficiency and organizational skillsAdministrative skillsComputer literacy in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interactionFamiliar with CRMs
