Job Description:**Job Responsibilities:**
* Process customer orders within the Oracle system, monitor delivery dates, and proactively pursue date improvements.
* Collaborate with the Purchasing, Supplier, Commercial, RAQA, Finance, and Logistics teams to address matters pertaining to order processing.
* Facilitate shipment arrangements, including obtaining customer instructions, coordinating with supplier warehouses and logistics teams, and providing necessary documentation to customers.
* Deliver superior customer service in a professional and timely manner through phone and email correspondence.
* Support the RAQA Team in resolving quality issues and addressing related matters, such as RMA bookings.
* Process and track customer complaints to resolution.
* Maintain organized archives of documents related to order processing and shipments, and assist during audits by retrieving requested documentation.
* Provide support for after-sales care, including replacements, in close coordination with the Technical Service and RAQA teams.
* Communicate effectively with customers and respond to their inquiries promptly.
* Assist in the implementation of discount and Free of Charge (FOC) policies.
* Monitor customer payment terms in collaboration with the Finance department to ensure shipments comply with approved credit limits.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience with a Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
* Experience with ERP systems is desirable.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Proficient in written and spoken English (Intermediate/Upper Intermediate level or higher).
* Demonstrated responsibility, perseverance, and attention to detail.
* Experience working with large databases.
* Excellent communication and objection handling skills.
* Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
