About the job :
- It’s a temporary project ( 3 months contract ) for a well known e-commerce company.
- Rotational shifts from 7 AM to 11 PM
- Transportation provided after 7PM for females
- 2 days off rotational
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Graduates and Gap year can apply.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Candidates needs to be flexible with the work location, they will be initially working from home and later on they will be working from office.
