The CSE will deal with a number of queries concerning a variety of job orders . At all times the incumbent will act in a professional, positive way, to apply knowledge of those deals of requirement in servicing the customer. In addition, the CSE will assist in bringing customer concerns, complaints and issues to conclusion by referral or call back.
