Job Description :

Responsibilities:Making international sales calls over the phone to potential clients in target markets.Gathering market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities.Understanding and focusing on customer needs and requirements.Solving any problems and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.Expanding relationships with existing clients by continuing to propose solutions that meet their objectives.Success.Preparing regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.Documenting all activities (phone call and email).Reviewing and understanding sales development objectives.Building long-term relationships and relationships with prospects.Scheduling appointments with the potential clients for online demos.

Job Requirements :

Requirements :Excellent in English.Very good in the MS Office suite.Experienced in the call center & customer service.Active listener.Strong communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and set priorities.High level of commitment.Able to think strategically and tactically.Quick learner.Proactive.Problem solver.Experienced in Lead Generation and Outbound sales preferred#Males& Females can apply.#Work remotely.#9 working hours from 9:00 AM till 6:00 Am Dubai time/ 6 days.##Very attractive salary.
