We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Sales Representative at Adeer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through proactive engagement with our clients. Responsibilities:

1.Customer Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance via phone, email, and chat.

  • Troubleshoot technical problems, escalate complex issues as needed, and follow up to ensure resolution.

2.Sales Generation:

  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers, persuasively closing sales and achieving targets.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, overcome objections, and convert opportunities into sales.
