Customer Service Agent- Turkish Account

Job Description :

1. Supports users via WhatsApp, email, messaging, tickets or other channels.2. Determine users needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general Sango product questions and researching complex situations regarding online recharge, abnormities3. Test the app functions and network, make sure everything works well in the local country, especially when there’s a product update.4. Recognize errors and draft improvements to content in the IT documentation (FAQ)5. Translate APP activities language from English to Arabic or Turkish

Job Requirements :

Education/Training: Undergraduate degree or above is preferredLanguages: Fluent in Arabic and Turkish (English is a must)Experience: Previous customer service experience preferredKnowledge/Skills: Customer Service, computer literacy, professional business writing, proficiency with typing and excellent communications skills requiredA desire to help people and improve the customer experienceMust be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and split days off
