Job DescriptionInteract with corporate customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfactionResolve customer’s potential problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.Update client’s account data on the company website to follow up payment status, review contracted unit updates.

Job Requirements :

Graduates only. Fluency in English is a MUST Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Customer focus and adaptability to different situations. Males & Females. Max Age 32 Location Maadi (Transportation not provided)
