Job Description:

Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Facilitate smooth communication between families and teaching staff to ensure a positive preschool experience.
Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, feedback, and requests using school management systems.
Assist with the enrollment and orientation process for new families, providing clear information and support.
Coordinate and support parent-teacher meetings, events, and community activities.
