Job Description :

Operates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned project. Coordinate with the cost control in costing the renewals of current projects. Identify opportunities to increase sales of the existing services. Do research and highlight the potential services to be provided.  Identify potential threats for projects. Present a monthly communication plan and action plan for each project. Arrange meetings with the related people for important announcements, personnel changes or presentations. Listen to each client to gain an understanding of their individualized needs, to arrange/develop a specific service that will take care of the need expressed. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders. Manage the clients’ expectations, in coordination with the project leader/ operations manager. Use all information received from the client to tailor new services that are within the company’s ability and the clients’ need. Develop internal relationships between departments related to the assigned projects. Coordinate the work with all departments that deal directly or indirectly with the clients.  Work to resolve all problems raised during the service delivery process, and assist escalations as needed.  Provide presentations on expansion of scope of services to the client upon request. Receive RFP (request for proposal) from the current client and prepare the needed document. Prepare weekly/monthly reports as per the business needs. Responsible for team selection, staff performance evaluations, and career development planning.   Perform other job-related duties as necessary or assigned. 

Job Requirements :

 BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field. English language written and spoken very good.High level of emotional intelligence Problem solving Operation monitoring Negotiation and presentation skills
