Job Purpose:

Customer Experience Executives will use an approved script and professionally reach out to prospective clients to discuss their educational goals and set appointments to visit the school.

To receive inbound calls from the CRM Leads, to establish contact, ensure & assist completion of application forms, and set appointments to visit/tour the school.

Main Accountabilities:
· Initiating discussions with potential customers/parents over the phone.

· Asking questions to engage customers/parents and gathering profile information.

· Gathering and documenting customer information, and reactions to the school’s offerings.

· Keeping up to date on the school’s offering and informing customers.

· Answering customers’ questions about the admission process & Fees

· Meeting Lead contact targets set / Lead conversion to application Meet SLAs set (Call pick up time/ Average call duration)
