Job Description
To engage with customers with Real-Time interaction and convert the potential leads to actual sales transactions and understanding the customer’s preferences and requirements
- Communicate and engage with new and current customers following the plans and campaigns
- Show strong sales skills in pushing conversations forward, presenting prices, understanding and overcoming objections and confidence in asking for the sale
- Professional introducing the company Tangible and Intangible Advantages by which makes the customers believe by the company value
- Tactful and soft speaking with customers to attract them to listen and convince them to buy the company’s services
- The agent has to provide the customers with suggestions and recommendations that assist them to plan their tours by somehow increasing the sales transactions volume
- To meet and exceed the defined qualitative and quantitative objectives and targets
- To coordinate with the Outsource Customer Engagement Agencies to receive the potential leads to convert them to actual sales transactions
- To receive and handle the customer’s complaints professionally which affects the customer’s satisfaction positively
Skills
- Good computer knowledge. Especially in Microsoft Applications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field in Kuwait
- Should be Bilingual – Both English & Arabic. Preference for Kuwaiti Accent
